How does white-labeling work?

Our white-label program places your brand on all client-facing deliverables: security reports, training portals, compliance documentation, vulnerability scan results, and portal dashboards. Your clients interact with your brand throughout the security experience. Behind the scenes, our team operates the SOC, manages the security tools, and handles the technical work. You control the client relationship and set your own pricing.

What is the minimum commitment to become a partner?

We keep the barrier to entry low. There are no large upfront fees or volume commitments required to join the program. You pay for services as you deliver them to clients. Do you provide sales and marketing support?

Yes. We invest in your success with sales enablement materials including battle cards, proposal templates, ROI calculators, and objection-handling guides. We provide co-marketing resources, joint webinar opportunities, and co-branded collateral. Our team can also join your sales calls to provide technical depth when needed. We want you closing deals, and we give you the tools to do it.

Many partners start with a bundled security package that includes all of these, creating a single monthly recurring charge per client that can range from $500 to $5,000+ depending on client size and compliance requirements.

Can we co-manage security with your team?

Absolutely. Our co-managed model is popular with MSPs that have some internal security capability but need to augment it. You handle the controls you are comfortable with (firewall management, patching, etc.) while we handle the specialized work (SOC monitoring, compliance, pen testing, incident response). The partner portal gives both teams visibility into the complete security picture for each client.

What happens when one of our clients has a security incident?

Our SOC handles the immediate response: containment, investigation, and remediation. You are notified immediately through the partner portal and kept informed throughout the incident lifecycle. We coordinate with you on client communications and provide the technical incident report. If forensics are needed, our in-house digital forensics team handles the investigation. Having a proven incident response partner is one of the most valuable aspects of the program for MSPs.

How quickly can we start selling security services?

Most partners are ready to sell within two weeks of joining the program. We provide a structured enablement process that includes sales training, technical overview sessions, and access to our full partner resource library.
